Wie laut kannst du?

i didn't blog this last night, but after returning to my house after a long oboe-sesh, and listening to a band play for a while, i came into the kitchen to find a man in a bear suit.  apparently there is a competition and as a promotion for a vodka company, they film a bunch of young people growling at this man in a bear suit. they post the videos online and then people vote. whoever wins gets a trip and you can get other various prizes.

so they filmed me.

what a totally odd experience.

BUT, 

in good news. i finally got my student ticket! this means that i can ride the public transportation for free. this is going to save me a pretty penny because i've been having to buy daily passes.  after recieving my papers in the mail i woke up VERY early so i wouldn't have to wait in line beacuse i heard there is usually like a 2 hour line.  i was actually afraid i was going to miss my class at 12. well,  i got there at 8, took me about 20 minutes to find the place, but i was literally the only person there. and even more, my lecture doesn't even start until next week!

i had a choice between this, extremely close up, eyes closed, and one eye closed. it was kind of weird. i had to take the picture before hand in a photo booth for passport pictures. it scanned a barcode on my letter so i could get it for free and i had to place my face lined up with all these lines on the screen so it was kind of difficult. and it just sent the picture straight to the card office!

anyhow, now that i have free time i think i'll go on a hunt for a bicycle basket, some long sleeved shirts and socks. i've only washed the ones i have on right now once. and that's just plain gross. eww, ok let's stop thinking about it, sorry for the overshare.
