i kept yesterday mostly open so i could get most of my christmas shopping out of the way.
well, actually I didn't buy anything.
I headed down to KuDamm figuring they would have some nice things for everyone. It was SO insanely crowded.
First i headed through the mini-Christmas Festival. overwhelming part 1.
then took 10 minutes to get about 100 meters down the street.
stopped into Peek & Cloppenburg, a really nice department store. It was even more insane inside. Got shoved around by all the other shoppers foaming at the mouth. Perused some handbags and headed out of there.
The streets were lined with souveneir stands, but when i literally couldn't turn to look at a nutcracker place i decided it was time to go.
i'll try again during the week early in the day. hopefully there will be less people that way.
oh no...this isn't even the worst of it, it's not even December yet!
